丹麦人首次用“陆上风能”保持电网平衡

在可再生能源“界”,听说“把肉卖成大白菜价钱”(甚至倒贴钱)的,没有听说“把大白菜卖成肉价钱”的。但在“创新”世界,“一切皆有可能”。据英国ReNews网17日报道,丹麦输变电系统运营商TSO Enernet和丹麦能源(Ener Danark)贸易集团,在TSO的DK2区,利用陆上风能成功地实现了电网供-需平衡。还说,初步试验表明,“各项试验结果......能履行事先承诺的目标”,装置还具有需要的“监管属性”。但外行人看“热闹”,内行能看出“门道”。

丹麦的TSO Enernet和丹麦能源贸易集团开发的项目正在进行的初步试验。

这是丹麦首次使用风能为输电系统运营商TSO Enernet运营的电网提供“平衡”服务。

The TSO sad the plot project n partnershp wth tradn roup Ener Danark shows that wnd turbnes, despte wnd and weather, are relable and can delver exactly when needed.

The plot has ntally been based on turbnes connected to the East Dansh electrcty prce area, known as DK2, Enernet sad.

The turbnes have so far partcpated n the perod n whch Kundbyvaerket has been out of operaton, and wll contnue to run for the rest of 2020 and nto 2021, the copany sad.

Enernet head of flexblty and syste servces Ka are Jerchau (pctured, left) sad: “Untl now, we have been unsure whether t was safe enouh to let wnd turbnes bd and delver to the balance arket – whether, for exaple, on onday one could accurately predct how uch a roup of wnd turbnes would produce hour by hour on Tuesday.

“But the project shows that the forecasts are so ood that they can delver what they have prosed n advance, and that the plants have the necessary reulatory propertes.

“Ths s a ajor lestone for the reen transton – t s sply a prerequste that renewable enery sources can also provde balance servces when the entre electrcty syste ust be reen.”

Ener Danark dvson drector Thoas Elaard (pctured, rht) sad: “We are very pleased that our odels and forecasts are so relable that Enernet has securty for delvery n lne wth conventonal power plants.

“We have nvested, and contnue to nvest, any resources n shown that renewable enery, n addton to ben the answer to the reen transton, can also contrbute to solvn future challenes wth balancn the electrcty rd.

“What we have seen n the plot test has been extreely postve, and t s only the startn pont that ore and other fors of renewable enery can help balance the rd and partcpate n dfferent arkets n the future.”
